Security in Iran

Contrary to the negative propaganda of some Western media, Iran is a safe country and does not pose a threat to citizens and tourists. In recent years, despite the rise of terrorist groups such as ISIS and the Taliban in the Middle East and some of their attacks in the heart of Europe, Iran has become immune to such human rights abuses and has become known as the safe island of the Middle East. Despite the relative insecurity that prevails in the world, not a single case of widespread terrorist incident has been reported in this country.

Earth Day is a day to increase awareness and appreciation of the planet’s environment. This day is held twice a year, once during the spring in the Northern Hemisphere (April 22) and during the autumn in the Southern Hemisphere (which is the spring of the Hemisphere). Clean Earth Day is on May 2, and the next day, May 3, is World Earth Day.
The United Nations also celebrates this day every year in the vernal equinox. It was officially introduced by UN activist John McConnell at UNESCO in 1969 and was founded by US Senator Gillard Nelson as an environmental education session. In many countries, April 22 coincides with Earth Day, and many communities celebrate Earth Week at the beginning of Earth Day, devoting the entire week to environmental activities.
